Brain Tumour Survivor Education Award 2013



Scholarship Value: One-time awards of up to $5,000

Deadline:

Award applications must be submitted by May 17th, 2013. The selection process and approval by a volunteer committee will take place shortly after this date, and the results will be communicated to all applicants by June 28th, 2013.

Details:

Brain tumour survivors between the ages of 16 and 25, who are pursuing post-secondary education are invited to apply for the new Education Award opportunities, offered for the first time in 2013. The aim of the program is to help young brain tumour survivors achieve their dreams through post-secondary education.

Eligibility:

The awards are open to students who will be enrolled full-time in a publicly funded Canadian university or college in the fall 2013 academic term.

Students are eligible if they are in their graduating year of high school or CEGEP students, or are currently enrolled full-time in a recognized publicly funded Canadian university or college in the 2012/2013 academic term and planning to continue their full-time undergraduate studies in fall 2013.
