There are a number of scholarships setup to target black people all over the world. You would ask why scholarship for black people only. The black community in most countries are considered educationally disadvantaged either because of their inability to pay for high education or because of the lingering economic impacts of slave trade. There are also endowment funds setup to offer Scholarships for blacks . Different scholarship providers structure the scholarships as intended for  Students from high priority neighbourhoods or specifically for Single mothers.
