LEADERS OF TOMORROW SCHOLARSHIPS In Toronto Canada, Four Leaders of Tomorrow scholarships are offered as part of the BBPA scholarship fund. The leaders of tomorrow scholarships for blacks are valued at $2,000 each and are available to students from high priority neighbourhoods in the Greater Toronto Area. Successful students must be attending an accredited Canadian university or college at the point of application. This is an annual non-renewable scholarship.
