Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill a full-time 3-year Ph.D. Marie Curie Research Fellow Position within the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics. PhD (early stage researcher) position as part of the Marie Curie ITN project TRIPOD (Training and Research involving Polymer Optical Devices) ESR4 “Polymer fiber grating fabrication using short pulse lasers”.

The early stage researcher will be employed on a 3 year (36 months) contract, beginning October 2013, at an annual gross salary equivalent to €28.783,68 (€2398,64 monthly gross salary – employee contributions to the Cyprus government funds will be deducted from this amount). In addition the fellow will receive monthly mobility allowance of €711,45.
