Alberta Jenkinson and Stephan Buhl Award

This is an annual award to medical residents registered in programs within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.

Studentss will be selected on the basis of qualities of leadership and collegiality and contributions made to the well-being of other residents. Recipients must be seen as role models on the basis of their ability to contribute towards a pleasant and productive learning environment for other residents.

Nominations should be forwarded to the associate dean of Postgraduate Medical Education, by the program director and the Residency Program Committee of the nominee. The Awards Committee will consider nominations on the basis of documentation provided by the nominator addressing the nominee’s achievements in relation to the above criteria.
