The University of Alberta in Partnership with Government of Canada offers the Canada-CARICOM Leadership Scholarship for graduate and undergraduate students.
This scholarship is usually applied for by host institutions like University of Alberta.
Eligibility:-for Latin America and Caribbean countries
Candidates must come from any of the following countries to be eligible for this scholarship:
Caribbean: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitt’s, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos
Americas: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela.
Application Instructions
Canadian institutions must apply on behalf of the candidate. They must complete the online application form with all supporting documents submitted with this form prior to the deadline.
Students interested in this scholarship should a Letter of Intent: Explaining the reasons for applying and how the scholarship program will contribute to his/her academic program.
