The SAWISE Angus Scholarship for women scholarship is available for Women at 4th year level in any of science or engineering discipline.
The targets are to:
- Raising the profile of women scientists and engineers.
- Lobbying for the advancement of women in science and engineering.
- Providing leadership and role models for young people wishing to enter the fields of science and engineering
This
SAWISE Angus Scholarship for women is available every year and the deadline is the same time annually.
Eligibility for SAWISE Angus Scholarship for women
i A sub-Saharan black female.
ii. Must have achieved 70% or above grade average in her subject of study.
iii. Only for studies at Honours level (or 4th year equivalent e.g. in engineering).
iv. In any field of science and engineering.

Method of application
Interested women Applicants for these scholarships must include hard copies of the following:
1. Curriculum vitae.
2. An official academic transcript (record).
3. A letter of motivation (~350 words).
4. A certified copy of your ID.

before 30 November. If you haven't been contacted by SA WISE by 20 December, you have unfortunately not been successful in your application.
