Faculty of Business, Law and Art; Southampton Business School has one studentship available for a postgraduate research student admitted full time onto its MPhil/PhD programme and commencing their studies in October 2016. The studentship will last for a maximum of three years (subject to an annual review of progress) and will provide a maintenance allowance of £14,000 per annum, in addition to payment of tuition fees. The award is available in the research area of entrepreneurship and social inclusion. More specifically, the proposals are sought to address the multifaceted nature of entrepreneurship in facilitating mobility and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups such as people with disability and LGBT individuals. This is an interdisciplinary research and applications with social sciences background including sociology and political science & international relations are encouraged.
