The Behavioral Science group in Warwick Psychology Department focuses on the interaction between the natural and social science approaches to understanding behavior. The group is highly interdisciplinary, working with colleagues from Economics and Warwick Business School and using methods drawn from psychology, economics, philosophy, and statistics.
The Studentships
We invite applicants for one fully funded PhD Studentship.
One three-year studentship is funded by the Psychology Department and may be in any area of Cognitive and Behavioural Science covered by the Department (http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/psych/research/behaviouralscience/phds/)
Some teaching support duties will be required. Applicants with a background and interest in any area of cognitive and behavioural science, broadly defined, are encouraged to apply.
Awards available:Â 1 award available
Funding Details: The Studentships will pay an annual maintenance allowance at the standard rate of £13,726 and Tuition Fees at the Home/EU rate.
Length of Award: 3 years (Departmental Studentship).
Eligibility:Â Awards are open to both Home/EU and Overseas applicants. Overseas applicants are welcome to apply but, if successful, due to funding restrictions will have to pay the difference between the Home/EU and Overseas Fees. Some paid work may be available. Applications are welcome with or without an MSc.
