Applications are invited for a PhD studentship to undertake research on the Anglophone plantation world in the long eighteenth-century. The Studentship will be based at the University of South Wales.
The Studentship forms part of a three-year research project âPlaces for Making, Places for Taking: Metals in the Global Eighteenth Centuryâ, funded by Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (Sweden) and directed by Professor Göran Rydén (Uppsala University) and Professor Chris Evans (University of South Wales).
