About the Fulbright Program
The Fulbright Program promotes mutual understanding between nations through academic and cultural exchange. During their grant period, Fulbright scholars live, study, and work alongside local communities, gaining deeper insight into American society while sharing their own cultures in return.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2025, applicants must:

Reside in the country of nomination at the time of application

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (completed before the program start date), with a strong academic record
-
Demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following test scores:

TOEFL PBT: 550
-
TOEFL iBT: 79–80
-
IELTS: 6.5 overall
(Use institutional code 2326 to submit scores to IIE on test day)

Not be a U.S. citizen or dual national

Meet additional requirements as defined by their home country’s Fulbright commission or U.S. Embassy
Fulbright Program Benefits
