At Binghamton, all international applicants are automatically considered for scholarships. These awards may come in the form of stipends, tuition waivers, or a combination of both, depending on the student's profile and program.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Binghamton University Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Successfully complete the undergraduate admissions process at Binghamton University.
- Follow the application instructions for international undergraduate students, available on the official university admissions page.
- Submit proof of English language proficiency through one of the following standardized tests:
- TOEFL: 80–95
- IELTS: 6.5–7.0
- Duolingo English Test: 110–120
Scholarship Benefits and Duration
- Twenty (20) incoming first-year international students will receive scholarships worth $10,000 per year, renewable for up to four years, provided the recipient maintains the required GPA.
- An additional five (5) outstanding students will be awarded scholarships covering the full in-state cost of attendance (approximately $30,000 per year), also renewable for up to four years based on academic performance.
