About the Heirs Insurance Essay Competition
The Heirs Insurance Essay Championship is an annual nationwide competition designed to celebrate and nurture the creativity and writing skills of school students in Junior Secondary School (JSS1–JSS3) across Nigeria.
2025 Essay Topic:
“The Role of Insurance in Keeping Families Safe and Secure”
Who Can Apply?
Students currently in JSS1, JSS2, or JSS3 in any school across Nigeria.
Exciting Prizes to Be Won:
- Winner: ₦5,000,000 scholarship + ₦1,000,000 grant for the school
- 1st Runner-up: ₦2,000,000 scholarship
- 2nd Runner-up: ₦1,000,000 scholarship
Essay Submission Guidelines:
- Essays must be typed, not handwritten
- Maximum word count: 500 words
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 13pt
- Include your name, school, and class on the essay document
- Submit in Word or PDF format
- Maximum file size: 1MB
