Eligibility Criteria for the McKinsey Forward Program 2025
To participate in the McKinsey Forward Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be currently residing in any African country
- Be employed, self-employed, or actively seeking opportunities (in between jobs)
- Have less than 5 years of total work experience
- OR
- Have more than 5 years of experience but no prior experience managing others directly
- Have completed at least a secondary education or high school qualification
- Possess a good command of English, as the entire program is delivered in English
