Apply Now: 2025–2026 Moroccan Government Scholarships for Liberia & Zambia
The Kingdom of Morocco has officially opened applications for the 2025–2026 Moroccan Government Scholarships, offering fully funded study opportunities for students from partner countries, including Liberia and Zambia. These scholarships promote international academic exchange and provide access to undergraduate, medical, and vocational training programs at public institutions across Morocco.
Through bilateral cooperation agreements, Morocco is providing hundreds of scholarships covering a wide range of disciplines, including:
- Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
- Bachelor’s Degrees
- Medical Fields
- Engineering
- Sciences and Specialized Programs
All courses are taught in French. A one-year French language preparatory program is included where needed.

Eligibility Criteria
Liberian Applicants Must:
- Be a Liberian citizen
- Have graduated in 2023 or 2024
- Hold a WAEC/WASSCE certificate with credits in Math & English
- Have a minimum average of “B” (80%)
- Be ≤28 years (TVET) or ≤22 years (Bachelor’s) by Sept 1, 2025
- Be in good health
Zambian Applicants Must:
- Be a Zambian national
- Meet the academic requirements for the selected program
- Provide valid transcripts and certificates
- Be medically fit
- Fulfill Morocco’s age and qualification requirements
Selection Process
Candidates are selected based on:
- Academic performance
- Submitted documentation
- Relevance to national development goals
Application Process
For Liberian Applicants:
Submit 3 sets of the following documents to the Ministry of Education:
- Notarized high school diploma, transcript, WAEC/WASSCE certificate
- Copy of birth certificate
- Valid ECOWAS biometric passport
- Recent medical certificate (recommended: Jorkpen Town Medical Lab)
- Six passport-size photos (white background)
- Statement of Intent
- CV with contact information
- Two letters of recommendation
- Recent police clearance
