Eligibility: Occurrence: Annually Awarded to a female, possibly a single mother, who is in, or is entering nursing as a career. As per Mr. Jolly’s wishes, the $4,000,00 scholarship is to be given out yearly for 5 years effective 2011, to a different qualified applicant from year to year who fits within stated criteria
