Applications are invited for a position of Research Associate in PET Neuroscience Chemistry based at the Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre (a purpose-built research unit for structural and functional imaging) and the Molecular Imaging Chemistry Laboratory (a state-of-the-art facility for research and development of imaging probes), both on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
The successful candidate will join an inter-disciplinary chemistry, biology, analysis and cyclotron team undertaking projects on research and development of novel neuroscience PET imaging probes and radiochemical methodology with members of the University's PET neuroscience community.
Applicants should have a PhD in PET radiochemistry, preferable with experience in PET neuroscience, but should have the ability and desire to work in an interdisciplinary research environment.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
