2025 Netherlands Government Holland Scholarship-€5,000 Grant for International Students Studying in the Netherlands
The Netherlands Government Holland Scholarship (also called the Dutch Government Holland Scholarship) offers a one-time grant of €5,000 to outstanding non-EEA international students applying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs at participating Dutch institutions.
This award is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in collaboration with various Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2025 Holland Scholarship, applicants must:

Hold non-EEA nationality

Apply for a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at one of the participating Dutch institutions

Meet the specific admission requirements of the institution of choice

Not currently hold a degree from a Dutch higher education institution
Code of Conduct and Integrity
The Holland Scholarship is managed by Nuffic, which enforces a strict Integrity Code of Conduct. The program does not support applicants or institutions involved in:

Financial misconduct, money laundering, or tax fraud

Criminal or terrorist activities

Shell companies or irregular business practices

Breaches of ethical or legal obligations
All participants are expected to uphold ethical and professional behavior, as outlined in the official Code of Conduct.
