Applications Open: Fully Funded Indonesian AID Scholarship 2025
The Indonesian AID Scholarship is now accepting applications! Funded by the Government of Indonesia, this fully funded opportunity supports international students pursuing higher education at top universities and polytechnics across Indonesia. The scholarship aims to advance global partnerships, support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly in education—and nurture future leaders through a combination of academic study, leadership training, and cultural exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility varies by degree level:
Diploma & Bachelor’s Degree Applicants
- Maximum age: 25 (Diploma) or 30 (Bachelor’s) as of July 31, 2025
- Must be a citizen of a priority partner country
- Must submit a recommendation letter from a government institution committing to public service upon return
- Unmarried applicants must agree to remain unmarried during the program
- Minimum TOEFL ITP 477 or IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent prediction test) if not from an English-speaking country
- Preferably have 2+ years of government sector work experience
- Health certificate, no criminal record, valid passport (minimum 18 months)

Master’s Degree Applicants
- Maximum age: 42 as of July 31, 2025
- All requirements as listed above, plus:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Must not already hold a Master’s degree

- Africa: Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zimbabwe
- Asia: Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Laos, Myanmar, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste, Uzbekistan, Vietnam
- Oceania: Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu
- South America: Colombia, Suriname
- Caribbean: Saint Lucia

Duration of the Scholarship
- Master’s Degree: Up to 4 semesters
- Bachelor’s/Diploma: Up to 8 semesters
- Regular Diploma: Up to 6 semesters
