Kaduna State Data Science Fellowship 2025 – Now Open for Applications
The Kaduna State Government has officially opened applications for the 2025 Data Science Fellowship Program, a fully paid opportunity designed to train and equip aspiring data scientists with the skills and hands-on experience needed to solve real-world problems.
This transformative program is part of the Kaduna State Data Lab Project, a collaborative initiative between the Kaduna State Government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Natview Foundation for Technology Innovation.
About the Fellowship
The Kaduna State Data Science Fellowship Program provides early-career professionals and recent graduates a unique chance to:

Interested and qualified applicants should follow these steps to apply:
Complete the Online Application Form
Fill out and submit the application form on the official fellowship portal.
Activate Your Profile
After submitting, check your email for an activation link. Click the link to activate your profile.
Set Up Your Account
Create a secure password and log in to your applicant dashboard.
Write a Personal Essay
Submit an essay (maximum 250 words) explaining why you should be selected. Upload a valid form of identification (e.g., Voter’s Card, National ID, Driver’s License, or Passport in .jpg format).
Submit an Introductory Video
If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email requesting a 2-minute video outlining your unique qualities and suitability for the program.
Receive Confirmation
Await an official email confirming your application status.
Take a Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Shortlisted candidates will take a CBT. Those who score above the average benchmark will move forward.
Attend an Interview
Candidates who pass the CBT will be invited for a one-on-one interview with the selection panel.
Join the Fifth Cohort
Finalists will be welcomed into the 5th Cohort of the Kaduna State Data Science Fellowship Program.
