The University of Sydney is offering the Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship to outstanding international students who wish to pursue their undergraduate studies in Australia.
This scholarship fully covers tuition fees and Student Services Amenities fees for the entire four-year undergraduate program.
About the Scholarship
Established to support exceptional international students from diverse backgrounds, this scholarship enables students to study across various undergraduate programs at the University of Sydney.
Each year, approximately 20 scholarships are awarded globally across two intakes, ensuring a diverse range of courses and nationalities among recipients.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Have applied for, but not yet commenced, a single undergraduate coursework degree (including embedded honours) at the University of Sydney, with a maximum duration of four years.
- Apply for an eligible course, as only applicants in approved programs will be considered.
- Enroll in their degree on a full-time basis.
- Not be applying for a second degree at the University of Sydney.
- Be classified as an international student under the Higher Education Support Act 2003. (Australian citizens, permanent residents, and dual citizens with Australian nationality are not eligible.)
- Have completed secondary school or a foundation program in Australia or at a University of Sydney-recognized foundation partner.
- Not have previously undertaken any tertiary studies, except for extension studies completed as part of a Year 12 program.

The Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 provides the following for the full duration of the recipient’s undergraduate degree (up to four years full-time):
