2026 Eni MINDS Masters Scholarship
The Eni MINDS Masters Scholarship aims to develop the next generation of skilled professionals in the energy sector, equipping them with practical expertise to address real-world industry challenges.
The Master MiNDS – Master in Natural Resources Development and Storage, offered in partnership with Politecnico di Torino in Italy, delivers advanced, high-quality training to prepare participants for the current and future demands of the global energy landscape. This program places a strong emphasis on Natural Resources and Energy Transition, giving students both a specialist skill set and a comprehensive, 360° understanding of the industry.
For the 2026 edition, all selected participants will receive grants of €18,000 per year to pursue their studies at Politecnico di Torino.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- By 31 October 2025, hold a 2nd cycle degree (or an equivalent foreign qualification) with a final score of at least 100/110 in one of the following fields:
- Energy and Nuclear Engineering
- Aerospace and Space Engineering
- Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Computing
- Physical-Mathematical Models for Industrial Engineering
- Materials Engineering
- Physics
- Mathematics
- Geological and Geophysical Sciences
- Be under 30 years of age as of 31 December 2025.
- Have excellent English language skills, to be assessed during the selection process.
Scholarship Benefits
- 8 months of classroom learning at Politecnico di Torino (delivered by Eni and university faculty) + 4 months of internship at Eni.
- Monthly stipend of €1,500 for all participants.
- Full coverage of the Master’s enrollment fee, paid directly by Eni to Politecnico di Torino.
- Award of a 2nd-level Master’s Diploma in Natural Resources Development and Storage (MiNDS) upon completion.
