Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the 2026 KMU Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a non-Chinese international student.
- Undergraduate program: Hold a senior high school diploma from a recognized institution abroad or a foreign/bilingual school in Taiwan.
- Master’s program: Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree.
- PhD program: Hold a recognized master’s degree.

- Completed Online Application Form and KMU Scholarship Application Form
- Highest degree certificate, verified by a Taiwan (R.O.C.) representative office
- Official academic transcripts, verified by a Taiwan (R.O.C.) representative office
- Financial statement
- Valid proof of nationality (passport or ID)
- Language proficiency test results (Chinese or English)
- Study plan (in Chinese or English)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Passport-sized photograph
- Eligibility Self-Check & Declaration Form

How to Apply (Step-by-Step):
To apply for the Kaohsiung Medical University Scholarship:
- Visit the KMU Online Application Portal.
- Register for a personal applicant account. You may apply to up to three programs.
- Read and agree to the application declaration terms.
- Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
- (For Post-Baccalaureate Medicine applicants only) Submit the application fee.
- Print out the application form, sign it, and upload the signed scanned copy.
- Provide details for at least two referees for each program.
- Click "Submit Application" to complete your application.
