Applicants must demonstrate a strong command of English through one of the following tests:

Enrollment & Residency Restrictions:

Applicants must not be currently enrolled at a Flemish higher education institution, except for those in a preparatory program leading to a master's degree starting in September.
Students only enrolling in a preparatory program, bridging program, or distance learning course are not eligible.
Open to all nationalities except Russian, but applicants must have obtained their previous degree from a higher education institution outside Flanders.
The scholarship cannot be combined with another Flemish government grant or an Erasmus Mundus scholarship.

Scholarship Benefits

Financial Support – Recipients receive a €10,000 grant per academic year (60 ECTS).
