Newcastle University Business Excellence Scholarship 2025
The Newcastle University Business Excellence Scholarship provides a £10,000 tuition fee discount to outstanding candidates who are selected for the award.
The Newcastle University Business School takes pride in recognizing and rewarding exceptional applicants who are beginning full-time postgraduate taught programmes. Each year, the University invests in various scholarship schemes to support eligible new students—ranging from partial to full tuition awards, subject-specific scholarships, and external funding opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2025 Newcastle University Business Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:
- Hold an offer of admission for an eligible postgraduate taught programme (refer to the official terms and conditions for the list of eligible programmes).
- Possess, or be on track to achieve, at least a UK 2:1 Honours degree or its international equivalent.
- If English is not your first language, provide proof of proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 overall, with no individual component below 6.0 or an equivalent qualification.
- Applicants from any country are welcome to apply, although priority may be given to candidates from underrepresented groups within the university's postgraduate taught (PGT) community.
Scholarship Benefits
- A total of five (5) scholarships will be awarded.
- Each scholarship is worth a £10,000 reduction in tuition fees.
