Scholarship awards will be made on the basis of merit, individual accomplishments, and evidence of leadership. Financial need and other special circumstances may also be considered. To be considered for this award, submit all items of the application in one envelope, to the indicated address postmarked by March 1, 2018. Applications received that are not postmarked by March 1, 2018 will not be considered for the 2019-19 scholarship awards. Please note that ISSA Foundation awards cover the cost of books and tuition only. Other school related expenses such as room and board, materials, etc. are not covered under these awards.
