Clemson University is offering fully funded Master's and PhD graduate assistantship positions at the James C. Kennedy Waterfowl and Wetlands Conservation Center in South Carolina, USA. About the Scholarship
The Clemson University Graduate Scholarship provides:
- Full tuition coverage
- Annual living stipend:
- $25,000 for PhD students
- $22,000 for Master’s students
Graduate students will be involved in a multidisciplinary research project supervised by:
- Dr. Christophe Darnault (Environmental Engineering & Earth Sciences)
- Dr. Brunela Rodrigues (Wood Utilization & Biomaterials)
- Dr. Michael Stoner (Civil Engineering)
- Dr. Jim Anderson (Waterfowl & Wetlands Conservation)
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 Clemson University Scholarship, applicants must:
- Hold a B.S. degree (for M.S. applicants) or M.S. degree (for Ph.D. applicants) in:
- Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Environmental Science
- Materials Science
- Wood Science
- Forest Engineering
- Or a closely related field
- Have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00
- Demonstrate strong interest or experience in:
- Engineering design, material science, or design software
- Environmental sustainability, historic preservation, wetlands, statistics, or academic publishing (preferred)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
