The Malta Government Endeavour II Scholarship Scheme aims to:

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Malta Endeavour Scholarship 2025/26, applicants must:
- Be a Maltese citizen or an international student
- Be applying for a Master’s or PhD degree (MQF Level 7 or 8)
- Not already hold the same level of qualification:
- If you have a Master’s, you may only apply for a PhD
- Applicants already enrolled in a PhD program (or equivalent) are not eligible
