The overarching mission is to strengthen the security, stability, and resilience of power systems during normal operations, uncertain conditions, and extreme events.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

Have a solid foundation in linear algebra, differential equations, probability & statistics, and knowledge in power system operation, stability, and/or optimization.

Be proficient in tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python, DSATools, PSS/E, RT-LAB, or PSCAD.

Prior research experience (e.g., publications or thesis work) is an added advantage.
