Applications for the 2025 NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship are now open for young Nigerians seeking to study at foreign universities of their choice. This fully funded scholarship covers tuition, flight, visa, accommodation, and living expenses for all selected candidates. Additionally, the exchange rate between the Nigerian currency and that of the host country will be considered when awarding the scholarship.

NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship Requirements
To be eligible for the NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an indigene of the Niger Delta region.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Hold a First Degree with at least a Second Class Lower Division for those applying for a Master’s program.
- Have no affiliation with any cult group and possess a clean criminal record.
- Have secured admission into a postgraduate program in one of the approved disciplines at a foreign university.
