The University of the Arts London (UAL) offers the UAL International Postgraduate Scholarship to support students from developing countries pursuing a full-time taught Master's program at one of its six colleges in the 2025/26 academic year. This scholarship provides a tuition fee waiver of £21,000 for selected candidates.
UAL International Postgraduate Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the UAL International Postgraduate Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an offer for a full-time taught Master's course at one of UAL’s six Colleges, starting in the 2025/26 academic year.
- Be enrolled in a program leading to a Grad Dip, M ARCH, MA, MFA, MBA, MRes, or MSc qualification.
- Not already possess a UK postgraduate taught qualification (or an equivalent level qualification) from studies in the UK or abroad.
- Be a resident of one of the low-income economy countries listed as eligible.
- Provide supporting documents such as immigration records, an ID card, or official proof of residence.
- Have an annual household income of £50,000 or less at the time of application.
- Submit a personal statement (maximum 350 words per question) as part of the scholarship application, addressing specific prompts.

How to Apply for the UAL International Postgraduate Scholarship 2025
Interested and eligible applicants should follow these steps to apply:
- Apply for Admission – First, submit an application for a postgraduate program at the University of the Arts London (UAL).
- Check Your UAL Applicant Portal – Once you receive an offer for an eligible course, your ‘My Funding’ page on the UAL Applicant Portal will be updated with available scholarship application forms.
- Submit Your Scholarship Application – Complete and submit the scholarship application form before the deadline. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
- Receive Award Notification – If selected, you will receive an award letter via email.
- Accept the Scholarship – To confirm your acceptance, you must formally accept the award through your UAL Portal.
