The University of Bologna Scholarship provides study opportunities for international students to study undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in Italy.
Eligibility Requirements for the 2025 University of Bologna Unibo Talent Scholarships
To be eligible for the University of Bologna International Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Hold or be in the process of obtaining a non-Italian qualification that is valid for admission to the chosen program.
Students with Italian high school diplomas obtained from Italian schools abroad are also eligible to apply.
Standardized Test Requirement:
Applicants must have taken one of the following international tests by the application deadline:
SAT test – Required for those applying to first-cycle or single-cycle degree programs.
GRE test – Required for those applying to second-cycle degree programs.
SAT and GRE are aptitude and skills assessment tests, available at affiliated centers worldwide or online (if provided by the testing organization). Registration must be completed via the respective test providers' official websites.
Both tests are conducted in English.
Financial Requirement:
Applicants must have an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) between €16,000 and €35,000 or an equivalent financial status.
If unable to provide an ISEE certificate due to income being earned outside Italy, an equivalent financial document must be submitted.
Age Limit:
Applicants must be 30 years old or younger on the application closing date.
