Each scholarship includes a €16,243 annual stipend (gross of national insurance contributions), with the possibility of a 50% increase for students conducting research abroad for at least 60 consecutive days.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 University of Trieste Scholarship, you must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

- Submit your application before the deadline
- Scholarships are awarded based on a merit-based comparative evaluation
- In the event of a tie, preference is given to candidates with the lowest family income (ISEE certification required)
- Applicants who have previously received any doctoral scholarship (even partially) are not eligible
- Additional scholarships may be funded by the European Union or other international organizations
