Chulalongkorn University Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Chulalongkorn University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be international graduate students from ASEAN or Non-ASEAN countries.
- Students who have been enrolled in any program at Chulalongkorn University for more than one semester are not eligible to apply.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Must have a minimum GPA of:
- 2.75 for undergraduate studies
- 3.25 for graduate studies
- Must be 40 years old or younger.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in English, with a minimum score of:
- TOEFL 500 or
- IELTS 5.0
- Must be in good health.

Scholarship Duration:
- Master’s Degree: 2 years
- Doctoral Degree: 3 years
Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarship provides financial support, including:
- Round-trip economy-class airfare:
- ASEAN students: Up to 8,500 Baht per trip
- Asian students: Up to 12,000 Baht per trip
- Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa: Up to 20,000 Baht per trip
- North & South America: Up to 30,000 Baht per trip
- Full tuition fees (excluding special program fees and summer session fees, which require prior arrangements with the faculty/program)
- Monthly stipend & accommodation: 16,000 Baht

- Completed application form with a 1-inch photograph attached
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Academic transcript from the last institution attended
- Certificate of graduation (if available)
- Copy of passport
- Two recommendation letters from a Head, Director, or Dean of the applicant’s institution or a superior
- Medical certificate
