Eligibility Criteria for KAUST Scholarship 2025

To be eligible for the King Abdullah University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

For Master’s Programs (M.S. & PGDip):

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering from an institution recognized by KAUST.
Fields accepted: Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related areas.
Meet the English language requirement:

IELTS: 6.5 minimum
TOEFL: 79 minimum

For Ph.D. Programs:

Hold a completed undergraduate or master’s degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
