Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the SUIPRES Scholarship, applicants must:

- Hold, or expect to hold, a First-Class or Upper Second-Class UK undergraduate degree (or international equivalent), and/or a Distinction in a UK Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Be classified as an international student and required to pay tuition at the international rate.
Please note:
- This scholarship is not available for Master’s degree applicants.
- It is not open to current PhD/Professional Doctorate students (including returnees or transfers).
- Applicants fully sponsored by a third party are not eligible for this award.
- Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee selection—evidence of excellence beyond academics must be demonstrated in the application.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful recipients of the SUIPRES Scholarship will:
- Have the difference between the International and UK tuition fees fully covered.
- Be charged the UK tuition rate, currently £4,786 for the 2024/25 academic year, with modest annual increases (typically 3%) in line with UKRI regulations.
